Carbon Coat for Concrete | High-Performance Polycarbonate Floor Coating
Wrap your hard floors in a crystal-clear, diamond-tough shield. Carbon Coat for Concrete is a premium, high-performance water-based topcoat engineered with advanced polycarbonate technology.
Designed to significantly outperform standard concrete clear coats, it creates an incredibly hard-wearing surface that shrugs off heavy foot traffic, scratches, and daily scuffs, while bringing out the deep, rich, vibrant colours of your floor.
Where to Use Carbon Coat for Concrete
Specially engineered to enhance, brighten, and protect indoor hard surfaces, this premium topcoat is ideal for:
Polished & Honed Concrete: Gives a stunning protective layer to ground, smoothed, or mechanically polished concrete slabs.
Natural Stone & Masonry: Works beautifully to rejuvenate and protect slate, natural stone, ceramic tiles, and commercial vinyl flooring.
A Finish for Every Design: Available in your choice of Gloss, Satin, or Matte finishes to perfectly complement your indoor styling.
Why It’s a Top-Tier Choice
Advanced Polycarbonate Toughness: Built using premium polycarbonate resins (the same core technology used in bulletproof glass). It delivers extreme impact and scratch resistance, ensuring your floors stay immaculate under heavy daily use, moving furniture, and high foot traffic.
Stays Crystal-Clear Forever (No Yellowing): Standard acrylic or polyurethane sealers often turn cloudy, milky, or amber when exposed to sunlight. Carbon Coat is 100% non-yellowing and UV-stable, keeping your concrete looking sharp and perfectly transparent for years.
Self-Leveling, Flawless Finish: You don't need professional trade experience to get a showroom result. The formula is self-leveling and glides effortlessly across the floor during application, automatically eliminating ugly brush marks and roller lap lines.
Finish Your Project in a Single Day: No more waiting days between coats. It dries to the touch incredibly quickly, allowing you to easily roll on a second coat and wrap up your entire floor transformation in a single afternoon.
Repels Dirt for Simple Cleaning: The slick, dense surface layer naturally repels dirt, fine dust, and everyday spills. Because grime cannot anchor to the floor, routine maintenance requires minimal effort.
100% Eco-Friendly & Safe: Water-based, zero VOC, and virtually odourless. It releases zero toxic solvent fumes, making it completely safe to apply in enclosed indoor spaces around children, pets, and staff.
Optional 2-Pack Supercharge: Need extreme durability for heavy commercial spaces? You can easily mix in our Diamond Link Hardener. Best of all, unlike standard commercial hardeners, our entire 2-pack system is completely non-toxic and Isocyanate-free!
Simple DIY Application Guide
Achieving a high-end, smooth surface is easy if you follow this simple project guide:
Prep and Prime First: Ensure your concrete is completely clean, dry, and free of any old grease, waxes, or oils. For the ultimate permanent bond, apply Eco Bond primer first, then roll on your Carbon Coat within 24 hours.
Roll Smoothly: Use a high-quality brush for the edges and a standard 10mm microfibre roller for the main floor areas.
Ultra-Fast Re-Coat: Dries in as little as 30 minutes (at 25°C), letting you apply your second coat almost immediately.
Weather Watch: For a perfect chemical cure, apply when ambient room temperatures are between 10°C and 30°C.
