Personal Guarantee & Indemnity

In consideration of Ecoshield Performance Coatings Pty Ltd (“the Supplier”) granting credit facilities to the Applicant, the undersigned Director(s) hereby:

1. Jointly and severally guarantee the due and punctual payment of all monies owing by the Applicant, whether now or in the future.

2. Indemnify the Supplier against all losses, damages, costs, interest, and expenses whatsoever arising from any default or failure to comply with credit terms.

3. Agree that this guarantee is unconditional and continuing, and remains in force regardless of:

   • Any changes to the terms of the credit agreement;

   • Any extension of time granted to the Applicant;

   • The Applicant entering liquidation, receivership, or administration.

4. Confirm that this guarantee may be enforced without first having to take legal action against the Applicant.
